Refused to do a MSIC application with all the correct documents. The manager and staff said they wouldn’t accept the documents. So I called the governing body Veritas and they said they would accept them. Put the phone onto the manager and the staff and had Veritas tell them that they would accept it. And they still refused to complete the application. Poor communication skills. Zero conflict resolution skills. Terrible attitude towards doing their job. For Karrinyup Post Office… you get a zero out of five. More training needed to everyone involved.

I went today to renew my passport. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the whole visit was really very pleasant! I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy the whole visit was.

Arrived a couple minutes before 5 and doors were shut, people inside but just ignored me. Just needed to collect parcel and struggle to get off work earlier to collect parcel

One star may sound harsh, as the experiences I have had with staff have been good, but they have also been rare...Because is it almost exclusively open at hours that are useless to people with full time jobs. So it's not really a service at all.This facility can not get more than one star until it is open evenings and most of the weekend, even if this way reduced services (no retail just sending and receiving packages and letters)It is even located in shopping centre that is open evenings and most the weekend.With the current hours, one star is not harsh, it is generous.

Deplorable service. Not enough staff on to handle the mass of customers that they should expect on a Saturday and they prioritise each of their own customers" and put them ahead in the queue after making you wait to the side. Told to join the cue for photos behind another customer and later told to join the main queue again at which point the customer in front walked out. An older couple originally behind us were then served first for photos. Very displeased."

turned away twice for a WWC application, they wouldn’t be flexible per the guidelines on the government website regarding the form. possibly the rudest people and very unhelpful. went to innaloo post office and the lady helped with the one section in 2 minutes and it was completed i was told that they would have had the answer to my question and could have easily helped me!
